Security

Image Media knows that security is very important to our clients. As such we use SSL (an Internet standard) to protect our clients when they make payments through our store. Never do we pass credit card numbers by email or unsecured in any way, and never do we store unencrypted data.

Shipping

All product ships from Hamilton, Ontario. Shipping charges are $15 for order up to $500 in Ontario and $20 for all other provinces. Orders above $500 will be charged the base amount plus 1%of the order above $500. Please call for freight charges for license orders.

Returns

At Image Media, your satisfaction is important to us. We allow returns and full credit for any unopened products that are returned to us, shipping paid, within 10 days of purchase.
